That's why I love them both. My intention is for this to be a space where we can share our experiences and experiments with using AI in meditation practice. That might mean chatting with tools like ChatGPT or using AI to guide and support us directly during meditation. Loved this meditation for my lower back pain

I hurt my back last week, and chatting about it with Omi, we ended up with this lovely 10mn meditation. I've never tried a meditation for a physical injury. It was lovely. Not in a sense that I was trying to cure it, but I think it helped me to see how I could relate to it with more kindness. Have you used AI meditation for something physical like this?
